International Standard Book Numbers

I have implemented an Ada package for handling and checking ISBN's based on an article by Kjeld Bagger Laursen (laursen@math.ku.dk).

I have not spent much time checking if it works correctly (or on other compilers than GNU/Ada). Please write me if you find errors or problems, or if you have suggestions for improvements.
